Harry and Charles Binder have only a few rules concerning our commercials. They must be honest, clear, and effective. I've always believed that the best way to follow those simple rules is to ask our clients, "What do you feel is the most important information we can put in our commercials." And, "do you feel that our commercials accurately represent your experience with Binder and Binder®." The answers our clients give are almost always encouraging, frequently amazing, and every once in a while a wake up call that something needs changing. Some things you've told us:
- The most important service we can do for you is to successfully present your case so you win your benefits.
- Reminding you that we are, "America's Most Successful Social Security Disability Advocates" gives you a little sometimes necessary encouragement when you see our commercials.
- For the same reason, you like being reminded that we, "don't let anybody intimidate you."
- Many of you have remarked that if it weren't for seeing our commercials you wouldn't have known that Social Security even has a Disability Program. You have been quite clear that you are glad we told you about this, "government secret."
- Some of you hate Charles Binder's hat.
- Some of you love Charles Binder's hat.
But you've told us that by far the most important message in our commercials is when Charles Binder promises that, "We'll deal with the government, because you have enough to worry about." That really sums up what we do, and how we do it.
